Sunday Walk According to Instagram

I love going on walks as a family. Yesterday we went on a walk and just kept on walking. We had a great time just walking and talking and realized that we had walked over 5 miles! It was a fun walk, and Gavin can now sit forward in his stroller without his car seat. Gavin loved watching the cars and being able to look all around.

What We have been Up to Lately

Sorry for the absence of posting the last few weeks. We have been pretty overwhelmed by the end of the semester!

Some things we have done the last few weeks:

-Bought a zoo membership. Gavin and I went to the zoo this week. We live 5 minutes away from the Hogle Zoo and the memberships are a really good deal. I am excited to go to the zoo during the summer, especially when Gavin will get excited over seeing the animals.

-Drew and I were fortunate to receive 1st row tickets to the Jazz game last night. Our neighbor was so generous and gave the tickets to us. It was such a blast! We usually sit upper bowl when we go to the jazz games, so it was such a treat being able to be so close to the court. Along with the tickets there was free parking, dinner, and free sodas, popcorn, and treats during half time.

- I am now officially done with college! WAHOO! I will be receiving my BFA (Bachelors of Fine Arts) a week from Friday! I am really excited for graduation and to say that I am now a college graduate.

- Last weekend two of Jayden's best friends and their wives came down to SLC. ( Dallin & Bryne and Doug & Anna). We walked around city creek for a little bit and then went to the Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner. Afterward, we all went back to our apartment to play Monopoly and we had a chocolate fountain.

- Last Sunday after church, we decided it would be fun to bring a blanket outside and hang out on the lawn. Jayden had homework to do, so he brought his laptop outside. The battery was low on his laptop, so he ran extension cords off of our balcony haha. It looked pretty funny! We have been really enjoying the beautiful warm weather lately.

Red Butte Garden

This last week, my mom, Gavin, and I went to Red Butte Garden. It was our first time going and we loved it! It was the perfect day, so warm outside! Here are some picture that we took. Enjoy!
