We had a ton of fun this Labor day week. We kicked off Friday night by having a relaxing night in. We didn't do a whole lot, but it was really nice to relax.
Saturday we went out to breakfast at a restaurant called the Secret Garden Cafe. After breakfast we went to REI where we bough a B.O.B double stroller. They were having a Labor Day sale and the stroller was 20% off, so we went ahead and bought it a few months early. Later in the afternoon we went to the beach. We were worried that the beach would be really crowded, but it wasn't at all. We were able to find a parking spot and spot on the beach right away. After the beach we headed straight to the pool, where we bbq'ed polish dogs with peppers. Then we swam for about an hour after that.
Monday we went to the St. Augustine Alligator Farm. The Alligator Farm was awesome! It is really well maintained and a really nice small zoo. Gavin was so excited to see the alligators and it wasn't very crowded at all. After the Alligator farm, we stopped in downtown St. Augustine to get ice cream from Kilwins to share. Later that evening, we had a bbq with a few of our friends. It was a great Labor Day Weekend!
