We had a fabulous Easter weekend. It was a lot of fun but also really tiring! On Saturday we took Gavin to an Easter egg hunt that Jacksonville Beach was hosting at the sunshine park. They split it up into age groups. Gavin was in the 1-2 year old group so he came away with a pretty good haul.

Gavin wouldn't let me get a good picture of him all day. He looks so mischievous in this one...haha
Lily took a good nap in church. Church was very busy because I had to play the piano for the primary children's musical number in sacrament, Jayden had to give a talk in sacrament meeting, Jayden had to teach Sunday school, and I had to play piano for primary both hours. Lily just slept for most of primary by me. By the end of the church block, we were really tired!
In primary I can see the nursery kids out the window when they go on their walk. I always try to get a photo without Gavin seeing me but I never can get one. They hold onto a rope and I always hear the nursery leaders say, "Gavin, get back here and hold the rope!" haha. He is their flight risk nursery child, or so they tell me.
The Easter bunny came and was pretty good to Gavin and Lily. Lily's main thing was this Minnie Mouse crawl along toy. She crawls and sings. Lily already loves her!
This is Gavin's Easter basket. He got a Jake and the Neverland Pirate Sword, underwear, swim goggles, a net with fish for the pool, new shorts, and candy.
Lily got her Minnie Mouse, a new outfit, a shirt, practice sippy cups, and baby mum mum crackers.
We decided to have an Easter dinner and invite a few friends over. We had Jamie and Leslie and their daughter Elle, and our friend Rachel over. We decided to break out the china for the evening too. We had spiral ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, deviled eggs, salad, orange rolls, and martinellis.
How cute do Gavin and Elle look sitting at their own table?!
For dessert we had a lemon berry trifle
Jayden, Jamie, Leslie, and Rachel
It was a great Easter!
