We have been back from our vacation for a few weeks now, but I am just getting around to posting about it. I took SO many pictures, so I am going to break it down day by day.
This is actually two days, Saturday, May 11th, and Sunday, May 12th. On Saturday we drove down to Orlando to pick up my family from the airport. Poor Gavin threw up on the way down. We thought it was just motion sickness, but he had a fever that night and felt sick for the whole day. Poor guy! Once we picked up my family we drove to Cape Canaveral where the cruise left from. Sunday morning we went to an hour of church, then we checked out of the hotel. After we checked out of the hotel we headed to the cruise terminal.

After we boarded the ship, we went up to the buffet to each lunch. After lunch we explored the ship a little bit and then it was time to do the safety drill. The sailing away party was fun and Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, and Pluto were all up on the top pool deck dancing and singing.

One thing that I really liked about the dining on the Disney cruise was that you ate at a different restaurant every night. Well one was 2 nights. The were three different restaurants: The Enchanted Garden, The Royal Palace, and the Animators Palate. The first night we ate at the Royal Palace. |
