This year for my birthday I wanted to go on a weekend getaway instead of presents. We booked 2 nights at Disney's Coronado Springs in Orlando. Even though we didn't go to Disney World, it was really fun to stay at a Disney resort! We drove down Thursday night and stayed Thursday and Friday night. On Friday we just relaxed by the pool and hung out at the hotel the whole day. We had my birthday dinner at one of the restaurants at the hotel. On Saturday we went to Universal Studios for a few hours and then headed home. It was such a fun weekend!

The hotel had a lot of fun features for kids. There was a splash pad, sand box, playground, and they played a movie every night by the pool.
