12 months

Gavin has changed so much in the last 2 months. He is really good at walking now, he can even run sometimes! He is really good at turning himself around really fast and balancing if he almost falls. Here are some fun facts about Gavin:

Weight: Around 25 pounds

Height: Not sure until we go to his doctors appointment next week, but he still is really tall!

Clothes: He now is wearing some 12-18 months, but mostly 18-24 months or even 2T.

Words he can say: "dada", "momma", "dog", "doggy", "cracker",  and "wow".

Favorite foods: Ritz crackers, raspberries, tomatoes, and string cheese. He isn't a picky eater, but he definitely has his favorites. He is also now off of formula and drinking whole milk, which is really nice to save some money.

Personality traits: He is such a flirt, he tries to get everyone's attention and doesn't have any fear of strangers. He dances whenever a song or beat comes on, and he can shake his bum pretty well! He also sings when we sing, especially in church to the hymns.

Sleep: He still sleeps from about 8pm-8am and takes 1-2 naps during the day.

He is really good at pointing to your nose, eyes, and mouth if you ask him. He is a little monkey, and climbs on everything that he can. He is also a very mischievous little boy, and does things that he isn't supposed to on purpose. He is still very cuddly, which I love, and loves giving kisses.

Our Christmas In Photos

This Christmas was wonderful, and very busy. We had Gavin's birthday on the 23rd, where we had family over for a party. Christmas Eve was spent with Garfield's at their house. We had a relaxing day, had a nice dinner, played games, watched the Nativity, and opened presents. We got back to our apartment on Christmas Eve around midnight, put Gavin to bed, and then set up the presents. We went to bed, only to get a few hours of sleep, and then woke up at 7:30 to open presents. Gavin was not happy that we woke him up so early, but we had to open presents and get ready to go down to my family's house for Christmas breakfast and to open presents.

One of Gavin's presents from my parents was this Christmas Elmo. They gave it to him a few weeks before Christmas so he could enjoy it.
This is what Gavin got in his stocking from Santa:

He got this cute Sesame Street table that goes in his room. It is perfect to snack and play at. So far his favorite thing to do with it is to climb on top of it.

I gave Jayden these customized cuff links

Jayden made me these amazing photos that were lasered onto wood. He has access to pretty cool equipment to make these!

Gavin decided to eat one of his new crayons that he got in his stocking, it got all over his pajamas and all over his mouth, he wasn't very happy!
